Twelve Days of Fitmas

You know how the song goes, but I thought I would put a fancy Fitmas spin to it. This is the time of year when just about everyone (myself included) gets a little concerned about their waist lines expanding. When it comes right down to it, the most important thing is to cut yourself a little slack and enjoy the time and the festivities that occur. With that being said, here is some fun with a familiar Christmas tune.

11 rounds of breathing
10 Rope slams
9 Band pull aparts
8 Split lunges
7 Glute ham raises
6 Dead lift singles
5 Inverted rows on rings
4 Rounds of kettlebell swings
3 Push up shuffles
2 Pull up holds
1 Tabata

….and some breathing recovery.”
