The main event is tomorrow, and as before we have all busted our rumps with training to get the best possible PR. So in preparation for tomorrow, you might wonder if we do anything special the night before. Here is a sample of what a few of us do….
Jenn: Try to eat well and go to bed early, although going to bed early sometimes doesn’t happen. Usually end up meditating in order to calm down.
Lizz: Eat well, walk, go through the extended warm up and do some foam rolling, and then sleep.
Emily: Epsom salt bath, bed by 10, lots of water, and some foam rolling.
Suzanne: Paint my nails, purple of course.
Missy: Small walk, foam rolling, early to bed, and always have my stuff ready for in the morning.
