A lot of you have been curious about how Anne and I have changed our routines in the gym since we got pregnant. Both of us are still lifting, but we’ve scaled back our numbers. Early on in my pregnancy, when I was dealing with nausea and major fatigue, I just did what I was physically capable of. Many days, that was simply foam rolling, my mobility warm-up, and then going through my extended warm-up four times and calling it a day. Here, Jim and I talk about how pregnancy changes, but doesn’t put an end to, weightlifting and time spent in the gym. Remember, as long as you were lifting for a while before you got pregnant, you can continue during your pregnancy, as long as you’re not high risk. I hope you find this video helpful. Enjoy!
