Extended Warm Up

All of the Miss Fits start our warm up with foam rolling and dynamic floor exercises. Our extended warm up varies slightly depending on which lift we are working on that day, but it always involves three exercises: single-handed carries, glute-hamstring raises, and inverted rows. Jim explains why these exercises were chosen as an integral part of our workouts.
