Foam rolling and dynamic warm up:
We all work with our favorite PT, Dr. Sarah Martin, and our individual corrective exercises are part of our warm up as well.
Bear Crawl- approx. 10yds forward and backwards x2
GHR- holding 10lb plate x8x2
Heavy carry x2 or inverted rows x8x2
While working up to approx. 60%, alternate either incline or flat dumbbell press x8x4
Speed single pulls x12 with focus on explosive power from the floor
Weighted walking lunges x4
Back extension x4
Turkish get ups- 10 singles on each side
Cross-connect on balance beam
