In the video below, Jim explains that my thoracic mobility is limited as a result of my recent surgery. My body is compensating or “cheating” when I squat by getting mobility from my spine (which is why I am flying into extension). This is not good and we demonstrate a couple of the exercises I am using to clean it up.
