I use the coconut flour and include the parmesan cheese in the “breading.” I also leave out the red pepper flakes, as me and hubby aren’t really into spicy foods. And I absolutely put the mozzarella on top. But I also add a little something extra: spaghetti squash! I mean, what is chicken parmesan without the side of spaghetti? Top it with extra sauce and parmesan cheese and OMG!
