Welcome to the domain of The Miss Fits. We’re just a fun group of women from diverse backgrounds brought together by the iron. Powerlifting (deadlift, squat and bench press), has helped us to find not only solidarity in each other, but also the self-confidence to be independent and strong outside of the gym. We’re here to share our goals, triumphs, struggles and works in progress—under the bar and in our everyday lives. We love the advice and support we read on the blogs of professional trainers, but sometimes it helps to get motivation and “been there, done that” tips from your peers. That’s what we’re here for. So join us average ladies on our anything-but-average adventures with barbells, bench presses and everything in between.

  6. Hi… Found your website today… Looking Realy great! I’v been running many years but since i’v discovered lifting i can realy say my life changed! My body, my self confidence. For the first time in my life i dont mind what other people think about me 🙂 and it is just GREAT 🙂 …. I’m lifting for a few months.. Still learning. I wish there was a similar training group for girls here in Israel 🙂 … Good luck 2u !!
